Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to consultants to enhance skills and customer service
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure high-quality service and compliance with procedures
- Generate and analyze call center performance reports and handle escalation calls as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral health related field with a minimum of three years post-licensure counseling experience
- Current valid unrestricted counseling license/certification from an authorized entity

- Knowledge of call center operations and military lifestyle
- Ability to pass background checks and credential verification
