Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst/Associate L1.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate contracts using various contract management tools
• Manage timelines and maintain personal records of completed work
• Train team members on processes related to contract review and management

Required Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with 1-4 years of experience in contract negotiation, administration, review, and drafting
• Experience in contract review projects, preferably in a managed service environment
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms
• Ability to understand complex contractual language and identify client risks
• Proficiency in contract management tools and MS Office
