Job Summary
Supporting sophisticated business transactions and commercial agreements, the full-time Licensed Contract Attorney will prepare, analyze, and negotiate agreements while advising clients on legal considerations and managing risk.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and negotiate a broad portfolio of agreements related to acquisitions and strategic partnerships
- Advise clients on transaction terms, mergers, and ownership transfers while ensuring efficient transaction completion
- Oversee the contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and document maintenance
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- At least 3 years of experience in transactional, corporate, or mergers and acquisitions law
- Demonstrated success in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Experience with financial services clients or business structuring is valued
