Licensed Contract Attorney

Job Summary

Supporting sophisticated business transactions and commercial agreements, the full-time Licensed Contract Attorney will prepare, analyze, and negotiate agreements while advising clients on legal considerations and managing risk.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and negotiate a broad portfolio of agreements related to acquisitions and strategic partnerships
• Advise clients on transaction terms, mergers, and ownership transfers while ensuring efficient transaction completion
• Oversee the contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and document maintenance

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• At least 3 years of experience in transactional, corporate, or mergers and acquisitions law
• Demonstrated success in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Experience with financial services clients or business structuring is valued
