Licensed Contract Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contract types including services and confidentiality agreements
• Assess legal risks and propose solutions to achieve business objectives
• Provide daily contract support and coordinate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited institution and admitted to practice law in at least one state
• Five or more years of commercial contracting experience
• Strong legal contracting background
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Experience in insurance, health insurance, or regulatory background is a plus
