Licensed Contract Therapist

Job Summary

To support the pilot implementation of the Measurement-Based Care Therapy initiative, the part-time remote Contract Therapist will provide clinical interventions informed by patient-reported data, focusing on enhancing patient outcomes through targeted therapeutic support for individuals involved in MAT, Psych, and BH services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand therapeutic support for patients attending MAT appointments
• Review and interpret standardized assessment tools to identify trends and clinical needs
• Deliver brief therapeutic interventions, including supportive counseling, CBT, and MI

Required Qualifications

• Master's level behavioral health clinician, preferably fully licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Experience working with substance use disorders and/or MAT populations
• Proficiency in Motivational Interviewing and brief therapy models
• Experience with measurement-based care or outcomes-informed treatment preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
