Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including SaaS and license agreements
• Advise on contract interpretation, obligations, risk exposure, and dispute resolution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth while managing legal risk

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of in-house or law firm experience specializing in SaaS/IT contracts
• J.D. degree and licensed to practice law in the United States
• Experience with data privacy issues and procurement processes
• Ability to manage a high volume of contracts and meet tight deadlines
• Member in good standing of at least one State Bar
