Job Summary

Supporting a busy commercial contracting function, the full-time Remote Contracts Attorney will draft, review, and negotiate high-volume commercial agreements while providing practical legal counsel in the IT software industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including SaaS and services contracts
• Manage contracts end-to-end, ensuring timely turnaround aligned with business needs
• Collaborate with sales and business leaders to deliver growth-oriented legal guidance

Required qualifications:

• Active license to practice law with demonstrated experience in commercial contract matters
• 3+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements in a software or SaaS environment
• Experience with software licensing agreements, including SaaS and traditional on-premise arrangements
