Licensed Corporate Associate Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Licensed Corporate Associate Counsel, the position will provide comprehensive legal support in corporate governance, commercial contracting, and technology matters while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and maintain user-facing documentation, including terms of service and privacy policies
• Negotiate SaaS agreements and other technology-related commercial agreements
• Advise on corporate governance matters and manage litigation and subpoena requests

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 4-6 years of legal experience focused on corporate, commercial, and technology transactions
• Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS and licensing agreements
• Knowledge of corporate governance and minute book organization
• Strong business acumen with the ability to provide practical legal advice
