• Assist senior Attorneys with finalizing corporate documents
• Support private equity, venture capital, and general corporate matters
• Review documents for accuracy and maintain project checklists

Required Qualifications

• 1-4 years of corporate legal experience from a law firm
• Exposure to cross-border transactions is a plus
• Strong project management skills
• Proficient in Excel and technical skills
• Must be barred and in good standing in the relevant state
