Licensed Corporate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and lead private-company M&A transactions on both buy and sell sides
• Draft and revise corporate governance documents and assist startup clients with ownership and governance frameworks
• Assist with startup and venture financing, including seed and Series A/B financings

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-6 years of corporate law experience, preferably at a law firm
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Strong experience with private-company M&A transactions
• Experience drafting corporate governance documents
• Familiarity with venture financing transactions
