Licensed Corporate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Corporate Attorney specializing in manufacturing for a remote contract engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, negotiate, and review various commercial agreements including manufacturing contracts and confidentiality agreements
• Provide general legal advice and counsel to business units, handling corporate governance and pre-litigation matters
• Prepare and file SEC documents as required

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial and manufacturing contracts
• Prior experience at a large corporate law firm or global corporate legal department preferred
• Experience with SEC filings, including proxy statements and forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, is preferred
• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
