Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Legal Corporate Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including agreements and letters of intent
- Provide strategic advice to business development and senior management on corporate matters
Required Qualifications
- JD required
- License to practice law in at least one state
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with corporate matters and transactions, particularly in health insurance
