Licensed Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate commercial and government contracts to ensure legal compliance and alignment with business objectives
• Provide support for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and collaborate with various teams on client and vendor agreements
• Maintain agreement forms, negotiation guides, and support senior leadership with ad hoc projects

Required Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in any US jurisdiction
• JD from a leading law school with 10-12+ years of in-house business contracting experience
• Knowledge of ERISA welfare benefit plans, HSA, and privacy regulations
• Experience negotiating procurement agreements with public sector clients is preferred
• Understanding of information security technologies and their implications for legal compliance
