Licensed Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to provide legal support in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and negotiation of various business agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal support for transactions and initiatives
• Evaluate privacy and regulatory obligations related to commercial arrangements

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active admission to at least one state bar
• 4 to 8+ years of legal experience focused on commercial contracting
• Experience negotiating SaaS agreements and data privacy provisions
• Strong drafting and analytical skills with the ability to provide practical business guidance
• In-house legal experience is strongly preferred
