Job Summary

Licensed Corporate Counsel, responsible for overseeing commercial contract review and negotiations in a full-time role to ensure legal compliance and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate vendor and service partner contracts to align with company standards and risk tolerances
• Conduct commercial and government contract negotiations, particularly during peak months from September to January
• Support RFP responses and collaborate with various teams to ensure legal compliance and contractual obligations

Required Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in any US jurisdiction
• Preferred certifications include CIPP/US
• JD from a leading law school with strong academic credentials
• 6+ years of in-house business contracting experience
• Knowledge of ERISA welfare benefit plans and privacy regulations
