Licensed Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team remotely, the full-time Licensed Corporate Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to support the company's business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and close a wide variety of commercial contracts with clients, partners, and vendors
• Collaborate closely with teams in Sales, Finance, Ethics & Compliance, and others to ensure transactions align with company policies
• Provide legal services and advice as needed to support the company's operations

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a commercial transactions attorney in private practice or in-house
• Graduate of an accredited American law school and currently licensed to practice law in the employee's state of residence
• Experience advising on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or emerging technology issues in commercial transactions
• Familiarity with intellectual property and technology-related issues
• Experience supporting an internal sales organization and commercial deal processes
