Licensed Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a versatile, business-minded Licensed Corporate Counsel, the full-time remote position will manage a broad range of legal matters, focusing on drafting and negotiating commercial SaaS transactions, safeguarding data privacy, and navigating emerging AI legal frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and strategic partnership contracts to support business growth
• Act as embedded product counsel, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to ensure compliance throughout product development
• Advise on global data privacy laws and emerging AI regulations while managing litigation and dispute resolution processes

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from an accredited institution with active Bar Association membership
• 2-3+ years of legal experience, preferably with a mix of law firm training and in-house experience in technology/SaaS
• Experience or strong interest in product counsel roles, with the ability to analyze legal implications of product integrations
• Foundational knowledge of data privacy frameworks and familiarity with AI legal issues
• Proven track record of negotiating commercial tech transactions with enterprise clients
