Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Screening Specialist who plays a critical role in the initial screening process of applicants for salon positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and generate a high-quality pipeline of candidates for salon positions
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate applicant qualifications
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain accurate recruitment records

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and applicant tracking systems
• Licensed Cosmetologist or Cosmetology Instructor preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
