Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate in-person and virtual training events for beauty professionals
• Support educators by providing necessary resources and guidance for high-quality training sessions
• Monitor and evaluate training programs for effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the beauty industry, specifically in training or education related to hair
• Certification or licensure in cosmetology required
• Proven experience in program development and curriculum design
• Experience presenting and running an education class
• Willingness to travel up to 20% if needed
