Licensed Counsel

Job Summary

Providing commercial legal services to in-house clients, the full-time Licensed Counsel will structure, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with legal regulations and supporting business strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including sales and partner contracts
• Advise business teams on legal issues, risk management, and compliance strategies
• Monitor changes in legislation and assist in updating corporate governance policies

Required qualifications

• Law degree and licensed to practice law in at least one US State
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in law firm and in-house legal roles
• Experience in software or high technology industries, including international transactions
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex IT contracts
• Knowledge of software licensing, data protection, and export control laws
