Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counsel to provide legal advice and support within the Office of General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate legal advice on various matters, including security, cybersecurity, and administrative law
• Support litigation and record responsibilities of the Office of General Counsel
• Demonstrate professionalism and collegiality while delivering legal guidance in the Senate environment

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Five or more years of relevant legal experience in federal government, law firm, or corporate settings
• Active license to practice law in the United States
• Experience in advising on matters of law, regulation, policy, and procedure
• Proficiency in drafting legal memoranda and communicating legal guidance
