Licensed Counseling Adjunct Faculty

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty member to teach Counseling Skills online.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly main discussion forums to engage students in the online classroom
• Adhere to weekly grading requirements, deadlines, and timeframes
• Respond to students' questions and emails within the established timeframes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Doctorate degree in Counselor Education or a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with 5 years of experience
• Independent licensure in counseling or a closely related field (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCPC, or equivalent)
• Maintain an active membership in a recognized counseling association
• Show evidence of experience in counseling advocacy, research, clinical practice, or counselor education
