Job Summary

Providing in-the-moment telephonic and digital support, the full-time remote Licensed Counselor EAP Advocate will offer personalized guidance and advocacy to program participants throughout their mental health care journey.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans for participants
  • Facilitate referrals and assist participants in securing appointments for short-term EAP counseling
  • Perform active case management, including follow-ups to ensure connection to care and program satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
  • Relevant post-graduate clinical experience and clinical licensure
  • Familiarity with technology for remote work, including Microsoft Office Suite and web-based software
  • Strong reasoning ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment
