Job Summary
Providing in-the-moment telephonic and digital support, the full-time remote Licensed Counselor EAP Advocate will guide program participants through their mental health care journey, developing individualized care plans and facilitating referrals for additional services.
Key responsibilities
- Provide guidance, support, consultation, and referrals to covered employees and dependents
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Perform active case management, including timely follow-ups to ensure connection to care and program satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in a mental health discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
- Relevant post-graduate clinical experience and clinical licensure
- Familiarity with technology for remote work, including Microsoft Office Suite and web-based software
- Strong reasoning ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment
