Licensed CPA Controller
Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of startup clients, the full-time Licensed CPA Controller will manage financial reporting, analysis, and compliance while working remotely in a multi-client environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and generate comprehensive financial reports for clients
- Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and provide due diligence support for audits and fundraising activities
- Mentor and coach junior accounting staff, ensuring quality and compliance in their work
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 8+ years of corporate accounting experience in a multi-client environment
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting best practices
- Solid experience with QuickBooks Online and advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software
- Licensed CPA or progress towards eligibility to sit for the CPA exam
