Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and intervene in emergent situations
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance in a secure workspace

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to multitask effectively while navigating multiple software systems
• Emotional resilience and capacity to handle various levels of distress
• Availability for remote scheduling, including weekends and holidays
