A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and multitask effectively across multiple software systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as part of the regular schedule
• Secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace with a locking door
• Stable wired internet connection
