Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Crisis Response (CT Hours).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a clinical consult and escalation point for complex or high-risk situations during patient care hours
  • Monitor active crisis cases to ensure coordinated care and adherence to safety protocols
  • Conduct post-crisis debriefs and audits to improve documentation practices and crisis response workflows
Required Qualifications
  • Licensed Mental Health Professional (PhD, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) eligible to provide patient care
  • Willingness to obtain licensure in all 50 states
  • 5+ years of relevant post-degree clinical experience, with at least 2+ years in crisis management
  • Strong clinical judgment with the ability to make real-time decisions in high-risk situations
  • Comfort operating in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
