Job Summary
To lead all crisis operations, the full-time Licensed Crisis Supervisor will manage the Crisis Response team, provide real-time supervision and consultation, and ensure effective crisis intervention while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Crisis Managers team
- Serve as the top escalation point for high-risk or complex crisis situations
- Train and coach staff on crisis response, de-escalation, and safety planning
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed mental health clinician (PhD, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent)
- Eligible for licensure across all 50 states
- 8+ years of clinical experience after licensure
- At least 2+ years of experience leading or managing crisis care or high-acuity clinical teams
- Strong judgment in high-risk, fast-moving situations
