Job Summary
Empowering clients through exceptional service, the full-time Licensed Customer Care Professional will provide personalized support for annuities, navigating complex customer interactions and ensuring first-call resolutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Build rapport with diverse callers to assess their needs and present tailored solutions
- Manage calls from start to finish, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction over average handle time
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
- FINRA Series 6 license required
- Experience in navigating complex customer interactions from support to resolution
- Ability to work a full-time schedule with specified training and operational hours
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
