Empowering clients through exceptional service, the full-time Licensed Customer Care Professional will provide personalized support for annuities, navigating complex customer interactions and ensuring first-call resolutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build rapport with diverse callers to assess their needs and present tailored solutions
  • Manage calls from start to finish, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction over average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
  • FINRA Series 6 license required
  • Experience in navigating complex customer interactions from support to resolution
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule with specified training and operational hours
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
