Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while seeking solutions within compliance and legal requirements
- Receive and respond to inquiries related to insurance matters and resolve moderately complex issues
- Document customer interactions and outcomes thoroughly in the system and escalate unresolved issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Property and Casualty license required within designated attempts
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
