Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and relevant service to customers and partners through various communication channels
  • Assist in handling email requests, policy issuance, billing inquiries, and follow-up communication
  • Participate in ongoing training and onboarding of new customer service hires
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • 1+ years of customer service, administrative, or sales experience is required
  • 1+ years of insurance industry experience required, with a preference for commercial insurance
  • Current Property & Casualty Insurance license required
  • Proficient in Google Suite applications
