Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and relevant service to customers and partners through various communication channels
- Assist in handling email requests, policy issuance, billing inquiries, and follow-up communication
- Participate in ongoing training and onboarding of new customer service hires
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required
- 1+ years of customer service, administrative, or sales experience is required
- 1+ years of insurance industry experience required, with a preference for commercial insurance
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance license required
- Proficient in Google Suite applications
