Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Property & Casualty Customer Service Agent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound service
  • Process payments, cancellations, and billing issues
  • Follow scripting to promote recurring payments and self-service options

Required Qualifications:
  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Insurance License in the state of residence
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with data entry, computer applications, and Windows environment
  • Flexibility to work the program's hours of operation
  • Ability to adapt to evolving parameters, procedures, and call flow
