Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Research customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner
  • Process calls to ensure service levels are met

Required Qualifications:
  • Active license in Property & Casualty
  • 2+ years of customer service in a call center environment
  • 2+ years of Property and Casualty Insurance experience or equivalent
  • Experience with homeowners' insurance preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
