Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Agent Licensed Trainee.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound warm leads from pet parents interested in pet insurance policies
• Educate customers about policy details, coverage options, and benefits
• Guide customers through enrollment and ensure compliance with insurance regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance license in home state
• 2+ years of insurance sales experience preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain non-resident licensure in all 50 U.S. states
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use multiple systems for customer interactions
