Job Summary

As a key member of the customer retention team, the full-time Licensed Customer Service Specialist will help homeowners maintain their insurance coverage by conducting renewal reviews, providing coverage counseling, and exploring alternative options across multiple carriers in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Own inbound renewal review conversations with existing policyholders to identify opportunities for retention
  • Conduct retention-focused consultations with customers considering cancellation, offering alternative coverage options
  • Perform policy reviews and coverage counseling to ensure customers understand their protection and pricing options
Required qualifications
  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • 2+ years of brokerage or multi-carrier insurance experience
  • 1+ year of experience in insurance sales or customer retention
  • Experience conducting policy reviews and renewal consultations
  • Ability to de-escalate challenging customer situations over the phone
