Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Customer Service Lead, Agency Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily workflow, monitor team adherence to schedules, and manage service requests
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for agents on underwriting guidelines and assist in training and development
  • Handle Tier 2 escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Insurance license
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an Insurance Agency or Brokerage
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in a Senior CSR, Team Lead, or Coordinator role preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of multiple insurance carriers and their procedures
  • Proficiency in Agency Management Systems (AMS) and various tech tools
