Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensed Customer Service Lead, Agency Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily workflow, monitor team adherence to schedules, and manage service requests
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for agents on underwriting guidelines and assist in training and development
- Handle Tier 2 escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Insurance license
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Insurance Agency or Brokerage
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a Senior CSR, Team Lead, or Coordinator role preferred
- Extensive knowledge of multiple insurance carriers and their procedures
- Proficiency in Agency Management Systems (AMS) and various tech tools
