Licensed Customs Broker
Job Summary
To oversee the import and export process, the full-time remote Licensed Customs Broker will manage compliance with U.S. and foreign regulations, guide customers through customs requirements, and prepare necessary documentation while working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM based on their local time.
Key responsibilities
- Guides customers through customs processes by preparing and submitting documents and determining tariff and duty payments
- Recommends routing and handling for exports/imports and prepares all necessary documentation to ensure compliance
- Resolves customer issues and collaborates with other departments to pursue sales leads and address customs-related challenges
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Licensed Customs Broker
- 3+ years of experience in the Customs Brokerage Industry
- 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience
