Licensed Customs Broker Director

Job Summary

Seeking a Licensed Customs Broker Director, the full-time remote position will drive global trade compliance strategy, build scalable programs, and streamline customs operations while collaborating cross-functionally to influence business decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop cross-functional relationships to align on compliance priorities and business needs
• Assess and document the current state of trade compliance, identifying gaps and opportunities
• Establish performance baselines and shape long-term compliance strategy through targeted training and presentations to leadership

Required qualifications:

• Extensive trade compliance background, including classification, valuation, and audit processes
• Proven success leading cross-functional compliance projects involving various stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with experience in ACE, AES, and denied party screening software
• History of delivering cost savings through duty optimization strategies
• Executive communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
