Licensed Customs Broker Leader

Job Summary

As a fully remote opportunity, the Licensed Customs Broker Leader will design, implement, and govern customs operational processes across the NAM region, providing expertise to manage compliance and facilitate efficient cross-border trade while overseeing customs brokers and maintaining relationships with customs authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the customs operations strategy for North America, ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Lead Regional Customs Councils to align operations, escalate issues, and share best practices
• Manage customs brokers and BPO partners to ensure effective clearance operations and drive continuous compliance improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in Customs Processes, or a High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of experience, or in-country Professional Customs Certification with 5+ years of experience
• Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) certification
• Demonstrated experience in customs operations across the U.S. and Canada
• Proven ability to interpret customs regulations and apply them in high-volume operational environments
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
