Job Summary

Managing regulatory departments, the full-time Licensed Customs Broker Manager will oversee staffing, budget management, and compliance with customs regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Direct activities of regulatory departments and manage resources effectively based on business requirements
• Facilitate process improvements and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and government regulations
• Handle complex regulatory issues and provide guidance on import, export, and customer service requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a business field
• Five years of operational experience with imports or as a broker
• Working knowledge of harmonized tariff systems and customs regulations
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience
• Customs broker's license strongly preferred; certified export specialist credential preferred
