Licensed Customs Brokerage Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brokerage Area Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide multiple teams in customs brokerage operations to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies for client service delivery and operational excellence
• Drive technology adoption and continuous improvement initiatives within the brokerage organization

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Hands-on experience in Business Process Improvement and Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Experience managing customs brokerage compliance operations and regulatory risk
• Proven track record of performance measurement and results delivery
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Relevant certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) are preferred
