Job Summary

Providing customs brokerage expertise for key accounts, the full-time Licensed Customs Brokerage Manager will collaborate with teams to enhance client relationships, drive revenue retention, and implement continuous improvement projects in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supports sales and operations with customs brokerage accounts, focusing on revenue retention and churn reduction
• Provides product expertise during solution development, contract negotiations, and pricing agreements
• Participates in customer meetings to offer leadership and strategic vision regarding customs brokerage services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent in Business or Transportation - Preferred
• Licensed Customs Broker
• Customs Brokerage Product Knowledge
• Willingness to Learn
• Occasional travel required
