Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customs Brokerage Specialist to manage customs clearance operations for cross-border shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify customer onboarding documentation and prepare import documentation for regulatory agencies
• Monitor shipment clearance status and manage escalations with logistics partners
• Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve shipment issues and meet KPI targets

Required Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Excel and experience in data entry and analysis
• 2+ years of experience in customs entry writing and handling complex shipments
• Experience in international logistics and U.S. Customs regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Licensed customs broker is a plus
