Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customs Brokerage Specialist to manage daily operational tasks and customer queries related to customs clearance for cross-border shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify completeness of information upon onboarding customers
• Prepare import documentation to ensure timely release and delivery of orders
• Collaborate with other service providers to solve shipment issues and meet KPI targets

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data entry/data administration experience
• Knowledge of Excel at a basic level
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or business preferred
• Experience in international logistics, cross-border transportation, and U.S. Customs rules and regulations preferred
