Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customs Brokerage Specialist to manage daily customs clearance operations for cross-border shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customs clearance operations and ensure proper shipment and document preparation
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, sellers, and vendors to monitor clearance status and resolve issues
• Perform accurate data entry for entry filing, classifications, and inspections while ensuring compliance

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of customs entry writing experience with a track record in handling complex shipments
• Experience in international logistics, cross-border transportation, and U.S. Customs regulations
• Basic knowledge of Excel, including navigation and functions
• Ability to work 40 hours/week, with overtime as required
• Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis
