Job Summary

Detail-oriented and customer-obsessed, the full-time Licensed Customs Brokerage Specialist will manage daily customs clearance operations for cross-border shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance while collaborating with freight forwarders and logistics partners.

Key responsibilities

• Verify completeness and accuracy of customer onboarding documentation and commercial records
• Prepare and submit import documentation to regulatory agencies for timely release and delivery
• Monitor shipment clearance status and manage issue escalation with freight forwarders and logistics partners

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of customs entry writing experience with a proven track record handling complex, high-value shipments
• Experience in international logistics, cross-border transportation, and U.S. Customs rules and regulations
• Basic knowledge of Excel, including navigation and logical functions
• Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or business preferred
