Licensed Customs Brokerage Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and customer-obsessed, the full-time Licensed Customs Brokerage Specialist will manage daily customs clearance operations for various cross-border shipments while collaborating with freight forwarders, sellers, and vendors to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Verify completeness of information and prepare import documentation for timely release of orders
• Monitor clearance status, manage issue escalation, and ensure compliance with regulations
• Perform accurate data entry for entry filing, classifications, and inspections

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of customs entry writing experience handling complex, high-value shipments
• Experience in international logistics, cross-border transportation, and U.S. Customs rules and regulations
• Basic knowledge of Excel, including math and logical functions
• Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis
• Ability to work 40 hours/week, with overtime as required
