Job Summary

Detail-oriented and customer-obsessed, the full-time Licensed Customs Brokerage Specialist will manage daily customs clearance operations for cross-border shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, timely entry filing, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with freight forwarders and logistics partners.

Key responsibilities

• Verify completeness and accuracy of customer onboarding documentation and commercial records
• Prepare and submit import documentation to regulatory agencies for timely release and delivery
• Monitor shipment clearance status and manage issue escalation with logistics partners

Required qualifications

• Experience in international logistics, cross-border transportation, and U.S. Customs regulations
• 2+ years of customs entry writing experience with a proven track record handling complex shipments
• Basic knowledge of Excel for data entry and analysis
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as required
• Licensed customs broker preferred
