Licensed Customs Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Overseeing complex customs compliance processes, the full-time Senior Customs Compliance Analyst will ensure that all import activities align with U.S. Customs regulations while managing junior staff and collaborating with various departments to facilitate global trade operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, including HTS classification and Free Trade Agreements
• Oversee the preparation and submission of customs documentation for clearance
• Conduct internal audits of customs processes and maintain accurate records and reports

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customs compliance or global trade
• Strong knowledge of U.S. import laws, CBP regulations, and HTS classification
• Experience with AES filing, duty drawback, and customs entries
• Familiarity with trade agreements and tariff management
• Proficiency in trade management software and systems
